WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J., August 20, 2020 – Chubb has earned a Business Insurance 2020 Innovation Award for its recently reimagined proprietary risk management platform, Worldview®, which provides U.S. and Multinational clients and their brokers instant access to Chubb in a rapidly digitizing world.
The Business Insurance awards program recognizes innovation in products and services provided to risk managers. All entries are reviewed and scored by an independent panel of judges composed of risk managers. Worldview, which is celebrating its ten-year anniversary, received this award in recognition of its recent redesign that included upgrades to the platform’s look and feel, new features and enhanced program management capabilities. The upgrades offer Chubb customers both macro overviews and the ability to interact with data in a personalized way, while providing seamless communication through existing workflows among risk managers, brokers and Chubb.
“Businesses around the globe are facing new and more complex risks,” said Matt Merna, SVP, Chubb Group, Division President, North America Major Accounts. “As a result, risk managers are looking to their insurance carriers to provide more robust solutions including digital platforms that allow them to spend less time seeking pertinent information. As a recipient of the Business Insurance 2020 Innovation Award, Chubb’s Worldview platform has been recognized for delivering state-of-the-art digital solutions that address risk managers’ needs by providing them with more efficient management of their insurance programs.”
Worldview first won a Business Insurance Innovation Award in 2011, the year after it was introduced to the marketplace. Over the last decade, the platform has been continually enhanced to evolve with risk managers’ and brokers’ changing needs. Customer feedback has guided these updates, including customizable features, improved functionality, and digitized workflows.
“Chubb’s Worldview platform has proven to be an extremely valuable tool in helping our company better understand and manage a range of global exposures,” said Michael Pettinelli, CPCU, ARM, AVP, Global Insurance and Risk, Global Risk Management, Aramark. “Chubb’s platform just celebrated its ten-year anniversary with the inclusion of some new updates, and I am not surprised they are being recognized for their innovative approach to meeting the needs of their customer base.”
“We often hear from risk managers about how Worldview has helped to make their insurance program management with Chubb easier,” said Erin Bazin, Vice President, Chubb North America Field Operations. “We are honored to win this prestigious industry award. This recognition underscores Chubb’s commitment to pioneering advancements in technology and consistently integrating customer feedback into our digital toolset—ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers around the globe.”
