Chubb Wins Business Insurance 2020 Innovation Award
Worldview® platform recognized for its redesign and digital enhancements that continue to revolutionize insurance program management for risk managers and their brokers

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J., August 20, 2020 – Chubb has earned a Business Insurance 2020 Innovation Award for its recently reimagined proprietary risk management platform, Worldview®, which provides U.S. and Multinational clients and their brokers instant access to Chubb in a rapidly digitizing world.

The Business Insurance awards program recognizes innovation in products and services provided to risk managers. All entries are reviewed and scored by an independent panel of judges composed of risk managers. Worldview, which is celebrating its ten-year anniversary, received this award in recognition of its recent redesign that included upgrades to the platform’s look and feel, new features and enhanced program management capabilities. The upgrades offer Chubb customers both macro overviews and the ability to interact with data in a personalized way, while providing seamless communication through existing workflows among risk managers, brokers and Chubb.

Customer feedback has guided these updates, including customizable features, improved functionality, and digitized workflows.

  • Additional digitized workflows utilizing the Worldview discussion room for primary casualty customers.
  • Updated multinational custom alerts that include country-specific issuance requirements pre-renewal.
