Melissa Scheffler appointed Chief Operating Officer for Personal Risk Services and Bryce Graham named Regional Executive Officer, Mid-Atlantic Region
WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J., April 19, 2024 – Chubb today announced the promotion of two insurance industry veterans to new roles in North America. Melissa Scheffler has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Personal Risk Services (PRS). Currently, she serves as Regional Executive Officer for the Mid-Atlantic region. In her new role, Scheffler will be responsible for the execution of the business’s growth and portfolio management plans, with direct oversight of underwriting, sales and distribution, product management and risk consulting teams in North America.
Bryce Graham, who currently serves as the Philadelphia and Harrisburg Branch Manager, will succeed Scheffler. In his new role, Graham will lead local delivery of Chubb's offerings through retail distribution partners throughout the states of Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, Washington D.C., Virginia and West Virginia.

Both executive positions will be effective April 29, 2024.
