PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ESIS, Inc., (ESIS®), a risk management services company and member of the ACE Group, today announced the release of several important enhancements to its Risk Management Information System (RMIS), ESIS Global RiskAdvantage® (GRA). The enhancements are designed to capture and organize information more efficiently so that users can access a more holistic view of their company’s claim history.

ESIS will present the upgraded technology at the upcoming Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) 2012 Annual Conference & Exhibition to be held in Philadelphia, PA, April 15-18, 2012. ESIS GRA representatives will demonstrate the application and reveal the brand new claims module for the self administration of claims. The module allows users to enter all claim types handled by their company and can include as much detail as desired. In addition, the module posts payments and reserves and attaches claim notes and scanned documents to those files. Should it be determined that a claim can no longer be handled in house, the claim can be instantly transferred to an ESIS claim office for handling.
