Norman Rockwell's Boy Asleep with Hoe was returned to the family of its original owners in a ceremony with Chubb and the FBI today in Philadelphia. Chubb insured the painting at the time it was stolen in 1976, paid the claim and acquired its title. When the painting was recovered, Chubb worked with the FBI to return it to the Grant family. Chubb is donating the Grant's claim repayment to the Norman Rockwell Museum. Hats off to seven members of Team Chubb who shaved their heads to raise money for childhood cancer research. The Philadelphia-area Chubb shavees raised more than $23,000 for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation – the #1 team at last week’s head shaving event. Congratulations to Ryan, Ethan, Joseph, Jen, Missy, Kyle and Kenneth for “braving the shave” and raising awareness and funds for kids with cancer – and thank you to team captain, emcee and event organizer Stephanie as well as the family members, friends and colleagues who supported them! #RocktheBald #ChubbGivesBack @stbaldricks #stbaldricks #childhoodcancer
