Combined Insurance Once Again Receives A+ Accreditation from Better Business Bureau
Combined Insurance Named a BBB Accredited Company Since 1954
GLENVIEW, Ill., Dec. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Combined Insurance, a leading provider of individual supplemental accident, disability, health, and life insurance products, and a Chubb company, received an A+ accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) again this year, making the company BBB-accredited since 1954 and creating a 62-year legacy of continuous accreditation. The A+ rating means that Combined Insurance meets BBB accreditation standards, which includes a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.
The BBB rating is based on how the company interacts with customers through professional service, business practices, and data from public sources. As with all businesses accredited by the BBB, Combined Insurance must affirm to the BBB's "Code of Business Practices," a comprehensive set of policies, procedures, and best practices on how businesses treat consumers.
Combined Insurance representatives were invited and attended the Better Business Bureau of Chicago and Northern Illinois' annual "Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics" luncheon on December 1, 2016.
